Observation

It was observed in 3 younger classrooms, plastic grocery bags were accessible to children around the diaper changing area. Throughout the center, tall shelving units were not mounted to the wall In a preschool room, a star light was plugged into an extension cord. The classroom teacher stated that the lights are plugged into the extension cord for th e school day.
