(1)(e) sanitizing bottle observed in bathroom on sink counter (2)(a)(b) storge room accessible in licensed space and does not have locking door (5) garden hose observed in outdoor space Dispute Description: Storage room does have a lock and is always locked. The toys are in the storage room that the licensor said are inaccessible to children so it was observed that it locks. This storage room always locked, and was observed on the first day of my initial visit.
