Observation

On 5/9/23 at your inspection the alarm on the front exit door was not in place. The provider stuck the alarm back on the door at the visit. Please ensure the alarm is always in place and securely attached. On 5/25/23 at your inspection the alarm on the exit door in the playroom downstairs was not working and no alarm on exit door off the dining room.
