On 5/9/23 at your inspection this information was not in the car for the two children being transported: health history, emergency information and emergency medical authorization needed for each child being transported. You also need current insurance that covers the driver, the vehicle and all occupants in addition to reflective triangles or other devices to alert drivers of an emergency.
