0165(2)(d) The packaging of bottled water was sitting on the kitchen floor and accessible to children. The cleaning wipes in the bathroom that are in plastic packaging were accessible to children. The box of plastic gloves were also accessible to children. 0165(3)(a) The new fence in the outdoor area towards the back poses a splinter harzard. There were also goat heads on one side of the licensed outdoor area.
