Observation

Outlet in the bathroom next to the sink is GFCI but not tamper resistant. Must be both or covered with a blank plate. The blank plate currently on the outlet is missing the bottom screw making the outlet accessible to children. The outlet outside next to the back door in the licensed space must have a tamper resistant cover. Currently the box that once covered it is broken and there is not a lock on the box allowing children access to it.
