Observation

During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed that both emergency exit doors in the toddler room are partially blocked with construction materials. Dispute Description: On Friday, 2/21, both exit doors were not partially blocked at the time the licensor came out. Construction was completed on Sunday, 2/23, and the classroom, kitchen, and bathroom were back in working condition.
