Observation

During onsite inspection, Licensor reviewed the offsite emergency first aid kit and did not observe; non-latex gloves, tweezers, thermometer, triangle bandage/sling, or hand sanitizer, or emergency information of children being transported (files were stored onsite). (2) During onsite inspection, Licensor requested to review transportation insurance that covers driver, the vehicle, and all occupants, and Provider AA was unable to produce the current insurance policy.
