Observation

The Licensor observed that the first aid supplies were incomplete. Missing items included: small scissors, tweezers, adhesive tape, CPR masks for both infant and adult, and emergency manual. Additionally, the first aid kit was not readily accessible to ensure a prompt and effective response to minor injuries. Ms. Hina retrieved another first aid kit from a different area of the home. The licensor explained that in the event of a medical emergency, the first aid kit must contain all necessary components and be readily accessible in one location. Having to search for missing items could delay immediate medical attention, potentially compromising the safety of the children.
