Observation

Infant was sleeping in a bedroom in pack n play with door closed. Provider not able to within sight and hearing range of sleeping bay. Did not actively check on sleeping baby every 15 minutes. Licensor observed from 12:04 PM to 12:20 PM. Room was too dark to see infant skin color well, (provider opened curtains, corrected on site during visit).
