Licensor observed one child with thicken liquids and No Individual Care Plan on file. 0186 (2) Licensor observed the child with a food allergy to fish does not have a life saving medication on site. Licensor observed the child requires thicken packages to be included into the child's water no parental training on how to use packages for certain liquids.
