WAC 110-301-0106(3)(a)(b)(c ): Staff members BL and LR have not completed school age basics and have worked for their current employer for more than three months and were both working together in the cafeteria with the children unsupervised. WAC 110-301-0106(8): At the time of the site visit staff member MC did not have verification of current bodily fluid training. WAC 110-301-0106(9)(a)(b)(i)(ii): Staff members BL and MC do not have current first aid/CPR.
