Observation

There were staff who did not complete training requirement within three months of hire. Staff Denise Sisneros, Kristina Rodaburgh, and Georgina Malano did not have BBP training. Two staff do not have either CPR or first aid certificates in MERIT who work in ratio. Georgiana Manalo did not complete CCB and did not complete emergency preparedness, mandated reporting/recognizing abuse, and families experiencing homelessness.
