WAC 110-301-0260(1)(a): At the time of the site visit the rolling door leading to the kitchen was fully open making the kitchen accessible where there were chemicals/cleaners that say keep of reach of children accessible to the children on lower shelves. The site director shut the rolling door and locked it at the time of the site visit.
