Observation

When asked about a cleaning schedule provider mentioned she has never had one. Licensor walked in bathroom and bathroom had stains on floor, bathtub, around sink and toilet. Provider's carpet had stains. License bedroom also had stains on carpet floor. Provider also, metioned that she was going to have the area painted soon.
