Observation

WAC 110-300-0146(1): At the time of the site visit there was a merry-go-round bike on the playground sitting on concreate with a wooden border enclosing a small area for this piece of playground equipment and the merry-go-round did not have the mechanisim that holds the wheels in place because the provider said it broke. WAC 110-300-0146(1)(a)(b): At the time of the site visit there was a merry-go-round bike that did not have adequate ground cover and was sitting on cement.
