Observation

In the Play Room there is the end of the cable protruding out out of the wall and can potentially poke children. In Play Room bins with items stored (toys and manipulatives) on the shelves and stacked bins that are heavy need to be secured. Outlets within 6 feet of water in the kitchen and the restroom (licensed spaces) have to be tamper resistant and GFCI.
