Observation

1a) Sanitizing bottles were within reach of children in bathroom, diaper wipes labeled keep out of children in unlocked cabinet under sink in bathroom. Bleach wipes were in unlocked cabinet beneath kitchen sink accessible to children, batteries in unlocked kitchen drawer were accessible to children. 2ab) All doors to unlicensed areas were unlocked and accessible to childrene 5) Ride on lawn mower was outside in fenced in backyard accessible to children, toilet plunger and brush were out and accessible in bathroom.
