Licensor observed Round Up spray in outdoor license play area on table accessible to children. 0260 (2) (a) (b) Licensor Wray and Licensor Richter observed bedroom was unlocked and accessible to children. 0260 (5) Licensor Wray and Licensor Richter observed lawn mower in outdoor license play area accessible to children.
