The storage closet upstairs does not have a lock as it is broken and the door was viewed open during the visit. Storage closet downstairs does not have a lock and is accessible to children (gray door). 2 containers of disinfectant wipes were viewed accessible to children stored in the licensed space. Disinfectants viewed accessible to children stored on shelf tops.
