Observation

A child with an identified peanut allergy does not have a food plan or any written plan for this food allergy. The child who is school age, reportedly carries an epi pen with her to the daycare, provider does not have an epi pen onsite for this child. The provider reported that she has tried to arrange a meeting with the parent to ensure the necessary medication training and equipment needed to manage the child's food allergies.
