Additionally, The licensor observed four small rocks placed on the bathroom sink. 0165(4) The licensor observed that the stairway gate was not securely fastened and remained open, allowing children potential access to an unlicensed area. 0165(3)(a) The licensor observed an empty glass container stored on a bathroom rack. Glass items pose a breakage and injury risk and are not appropriate for areas accessible to children.
