Observation

One of the classrooms had chemicals behind the toilet that are not inaccessible to children. Storage rooms are not locked making them accessible to children. Building 2 room 2 the kitchen was not locked allowing children to access the storage room that is through the kitchen, that had janiroial equipment that must be inaccessible to children.
