0106 (10): Several staff do not have current blood and body fluid training. Staff members include but are not limited to A.L. E.A. and C.S. 0106 (11): Several staff do not have current CPR/first aid training and are in ratio in classrooms. Staff members include but are not limited to E.A. and C.S. 0106 (12): Several staff do not have current food handlers training and are in ratio in classrooms. Staff members include but are not limited to E.A. 0106 (3): Several staff do not have BASIC STARS training and are in ratio in classrooms/alone with children. Staff members include but are not limited to E.A. and C.S. 0106 (8): Several staff do not have current safe sleep training and are in ratio in classrooms/alone with children. Staff members include but are not limited to E.A. and C.S. Staff E.A. alone in infant classroom during visit. 0106 (9): Several staff do not have medication management training and are in ratio in classrooms/alone with children.
