During onsite inspection, Licensor did not observe a working flashlight and extra batteries in proposed childcare, and Sahra Hassan stated they did not have onsite when requested by Licensor. (2)(a) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed the front door emergency exit does not remain locked from the outside and unlocked from the inside, and requires special knowledge to unlock the door knob.
