Observation

During onsite inspection, Licensor observed a container of Vaseline, Clorox cleaning solution, and spray bottle of Windex in a cabinet under handwashing sink (lock on cabinet was observed broken), and bar of body soap and bottle of shampoo accessible in the shower in the licensed bathroom. (1)(a) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed the storage cabinet under the handwashing sink in the licensed bathroom accessible and storing Vaseline, Clorox cleaning solution, and spray bottle of Windex (locking mechanism was observed broken).
