0165 (2b)(2c) Licensor observed window blinds with safety blind cord wraps were not completely rolled up inaccessible to school age children and was capable of forming a loop. (immediate corrections were made rolling the pull cords to be inaccessible to school age children and the safety blind cord wraps were tucked and secured behind the blinds inaccessible to children). 0165 (2d) Licensor observed plastic grocery bags stored in children's individual storages. (immediate corrections were made removing the plastic bags inaccessible to children).
