Observation

1) The disaster policy does not include details for if children may be left unsupervised due to a provider's emergency. A template was used but provider has not edited it to meet their program needs. The provider is not following their plan, to include a to go bag or other gathered supplies as detailed in their policy. 4d) Emergency drills are not being recorded on the department form to include all required information. Notes about the drills are not documented consistently.
