Observation

WAC 110-300-0165(2)(c): At the time of the site visit there was a cord hanging down from the wall to a computer laptop in the Pre-K room and it was hanging in the quiet reading corner by the child sized couch and there was another cord dangling down in the same area from the counter. The director moved both cords out of reach of children at the time of site visit when brought to her attention. WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d): At the time of the site visit the toddler rooms had open plastic bags with some pullups in them located out in an accessible area of the diaper changing area.
