During the visit, the licensor observed staff records who are counted in ratio and 3 staff members did not have current CPR/first aid, 4 staff who did not have current food handlers records in MERIT or available for department review during the visit. During the visit, the licensor observed 4 staff who have not completed basic training and are counted in ratio.
