WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d): At the time of the site visit room 1A (preschool) has napping cots stacked on each other with bedding inside individual plastic clothing bags that zip up and the one laying on top has the bag fully unzipped and open and accessible to children. WAC 110-300-0165(5)(a): At the time of the site visit there were some outlets in each of the classrooms that are not tamper resistant with automatic shutters that only allow electrical plugs to be inserted.
