Observation

WAC 110-300-0146(1)(a)(b): At the time of the site visit the end playground on the opposite end of the building had a climber (helicopter) that did not have adequate ground cover and was sitting on approximately 1 inch of woodchips. The provider did move the helicopter to another area with adequate ground cover while this licensor was onsite. The Playground closest to the building has climbing equipment to include a slide, a balancing climber, and Step 2 up and down rollercoaster that do not have adequate ground cover and are sitting on grass. The side playground has a balancing climber and slide that do not have adequate ground cover and area sitting on grass.
