Observation

WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d): At the time of the site visit there were plastic bags accessible to the children in room 2B in an open container above the diaper changing table and the bathroom of room 2A on top of the toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom stall. The bedding for each child is being stored in a zip up plastic clothing bag and is accessible on the nap cots. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(g): At the time of the site visit there was a table in room 2C that the top part is flaking off in areas.
