Observation

Plugs use for outlets are a choking hazard for toddlers. Window blinds capable of forming an inner loop and accessible to toddlers were present on three windows in the living room and three windows in the child care room. Vinyl stickers on sliding glass door are not placed at child level, and not on both portions of the sliding glass door. Water at handwashing sink in bathroom was hotter than 120 degrees. Electrical outlets accessible to children are not TR type nor do they have blank plates.
