0260(2)(a)(b)(5) - At the time of inspection, this licensor observed an unlocked, open gate on the left side of the outdoor play area. This gate led to an accessible outdoor storage area containing two string trimmers (commonly called weedwackers), a leaf blower, and multiple buckets of paint.
