Not all staff (2) have current food handlers’ cards on file or entered in Merit. Not all staff (2) have completed blood and body fluids training with documentation on file or entered in Merit. Not all staff have completed Experiencing Homeless Training, Child Abuse and Neglect Training, Emergency Training, or Medication Management Trainint. Preparedness Not all staff have completed or are current with First Aid/CPR Training. Not all staff have records entered in merit or documentation on file for proof of training.
