Observation

Splintered wood accessible to children observed in mariposa room poses a cutting, splinter, and puncture hazard. Water leak from wall area in hallway next to playground back door was observed which poses a mold hazard to the wall and carpet. Chest like storage unit unlocked in lower play ground area is accessible to children and poses an entrapment hazard. Cords from Air Purifiers are observe accessible to children in classrooms posing an entrapment hazard or entanglement hazard.
