Observation

2a) Small car in toy bin in play area, small game pieces on kitchen counter, elmers glue stick labeled choking hazard, and coins in unlocked kitchen drawer were all accessible to children and posed a choking hazard. 2c) Wire found in unlocked kitchen drawer was capable of forming a loop and accessible to children 2d) Plastic bags were found in two unlocked drawers in kitchen and were accessible to children 3a) Large piece of broken wood with sharp edge next to house in backyard and back of cubbies (exposed) has a hole in the back with splintered edges. 3e) Outdoor area had large piece of wood in corner with a large gap between wood and fence posing tripping hazard 4c) Exposed light bulbs in bathroom were not shatter-resistant
