Observation

The program has one child who has an ICP plan for an inhaler and the ICP plan was not completed and signed by a doctor. The inhaler is not in it's origional container that includes the prescription information with the child's full name, medication name and dosage information, and the expiration date. Staff used hand written instructions by the parent to administer the medication and staff were not trained by a parent in how to administer the medication.
