Observation

Two outlets had outlet covers that posed a chocking hazard for young children. These were removed and thrown away during the inspeciton. The outlet themselves were already tamper resistant. The water temperature was 121 degrees. Provider's husband reduced the temperature right away. Licensor tested the water temperature as she was leaving again and it was 118 degrees.
