-0165 (2)(b) The office is acessible and two window blinds that are not retrofitted any longer; the existing Velcro has detached already. -0165 (2)(c) There is a long cord that is not secured, in the older preschool classroom and the cord in close proximity to infant nap equipment, forms a loop. -0165 (2)(d) There are two bags that are not secured, in the older preschool room. -0165 (3)(a) There was a broken plastic box, in the younger toddlers bathroom. -0165 (3) (g) In the infant/toddler outdoor play area is equipment in poor condition. A wooden toy attached on fence, has flaking paint and it has splintery edges. -0165 (5)(a) By the second exit, there is an lectric outlet in the infant room close to the second exit, by the nap area and it is missing the light switch cover; the outlet edges around it are exposed.
