Observation

Provider stated that her car is currently undergoing maintenance, and she is currently using another car. Licensor observed currently used car in the driveway. Provider did not have transportation log, emergency reflectors or first aid kit in car. Provider grabbed a first aid kit from inside the home and placed it in the car.
