Observation

The emergency exit gate outdoors does not close automatically and uses special knowledge to open. Currently there is no shade for children. Currently there is not a variety of play equipment outdoors. The outdoor fence area in not finished with a 48' fence. There is a section of the fence panels which do not meet a minimun of 48" high and children can climb onto the roof of the parking area. Currentley there are gaps wider than 3.5 inches in the porch area and fences.
