110-300-0165(4)(e): The water temperature in the sink was recorded at 121.5 degrees Fahrenheit. 110-300-0165(4)(f): It was observed that the stairways leading to the second floor did not have a pressure/safety gate installed. 110-300-0165(5)(a): It was observed that one electrical outlet in the playroom and four electrical outlets in the kitchen area near the glass door were not tamper-resistant and were accessible to children at their level.
