Observation

Provider Sadiyo Guled had a TV that was not anchored to the wall. Provider Sadiyo Guled did not have hand rails on an outdoor staircase that was 4 steps tall. Provider Sadiyo Guled did not have GFCI outlets near sinks. There were 3 outlets total. One in the licensed restroom, and two in the licensed kitchen.
