The program has a cleaning schedule but must ensure that spray bottles are present for the different areas, labeled and kept separate to reduce cross contamination (restroom/changing table set, classroom set and food prep set for classroom. The kitchen is a separate space and has it's own set of wash, rinse and sanitize spray bottles.
