0106(1) staff who only completed 20 hour STARS training has not completed the health and safety trainings listed in WAC 0106(4)-(9). This was noted on last monitoring visit. 0106(10) All staff's BBP training is not current to meet the L&I annual training requirement. 0106(11) All staff's first aid/CPR training expired. 0106(12) Lack of proof of current food worker card for licensing review. MERIT records showed food worker cards expired. 0106(8) Not all staff members have current safe sleep training.
