Observation

- there were several loose cords behind a small table in the playroom that were accessible to the children - there was a firearm locked in the shop but it did not have a trigger lock - the coffee pot was low enough that it could pose a burn hazard if a child pulled on the handle - the light bulbs in the living room fixture were not shatter proof - the power strip in the play room did have a surge protector but was not tamper resistant
