During onsite inspection, Licensor observed sanitizing cleaning solution stored in an unlocked cabinet in the storage area that children had unsupervised access to. (1)(a) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed the school-age program storage closet open and children going in and out of the storage area unsupervised. Upon arrival to the program a school-age child was unsupervised in the storage area playing the piano. (3)
