WAC 110-301-0106(3)(a)(b)(c): At the time of the site visit ML, the site director, who has been employed for over three months did not have verification of basic stars training. WAC 110-301-0106(8): At the time of the site visit program director BM did not have verification of annual bloodborne pathogens training.
